3. Made-to-Measure Items

For items that are made to measure (such as ring sizes), please ensure you select the correct size when ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect size selections.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to the handcrafted and upcycled nature of our items, the actual product you receive may vary slightly from the images shown.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Bourne Cr8tive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns and refunds. Minor imperfections inherent to upcycled materials are not grounds for return.
