Understanding Upcycled Products
All our products are handcrafted from genuine vintage and reclaimed cutlery. Each piece is unique and will have its own character marks, patina, and minor imperfections. These are not defects but rather part of the charm and authenticity of upcycled jewellery.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Significantly different from the product description
- Faulty due to a manufacturing defect
We cannot accept returns for:
- Minor imperfections, character marks, or patina that are inherent to vintage upcycled materials
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Change of mind or incorrect size selection
How to Return an Item
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at bournecr8tiv@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and provide instructions if your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted items, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged during shipping.
